WHITCHURCH Wayfarers Cricket Club chairman Gavin Hall welcomed Nick Henderson from sponsors MansbridgeBalment to hand out the awards at the traditional end of season presentation night.

The wet weather failed to dampen the spirits, with a great turnout from across the club’s teams.

Clubman of the year was Bob Powell for his all around work at the club, including the increasingly popular race night. He also guided the club through its Club Mark reaccreditation.
