TWENTY-four of Tavistock College's Year 9s, attended the Leadership Academy hosted by the college.
The academy was attended by five other schools from across the region.
Throughout the day, the Year 9 sports leaders took part in specific activities including table tennis and rowing.
Teacher Shaun Hulbert said:?'The skills they developed will now be put into practice by leading sporting events for other students at the college. All the students successfully completed the leadership academy and conducted themselves with distinction. They were a credit to the college working with so many other students.'
