IT was a great day for the Tavistock College equestrian team at Bicton Arena on Friday when they competed in the National Schools Equestrian Association show jumping competition.

The team comprising Frankie McKechnie, Heidi Littlejohns and Natalie Rowe won the 70-75cm class all with double clears and Frankie winning first place individual.

In the 80-85cm the team comprised Frankie McKechnie, Heidi Littlejohns, Natalie Rowe and Becky McArthur and took second place in the teams with Frankie again winning first place individual in the class of over 60 competitors.
