THREE members of the South West Kickboxing Academy travelled to Woking in Surrey to learn how to coach a new Martial Art, to each of the three members.

SWKA head coach third dan Steve Lilley, brown and white belt Matthew Lake and yellow belt Rob Melville — all kickboxers decided to turn their hand to Mordern Akidio. All three SWKA members were put through their paces by grand master 10th dan Soke Brian Dossett, a black belt multiple martial arts.

The SWKA members are hoping to return in April for their MMA coaching, reffing and judging course. Both Matthew and Rob, with a few other students will be returning to Surrey on March 31 for a MAAS national fight day, under the supervision of their head coach Steve Lilley.
