TAVISTOCK Athletic Club brought home a haul of medals and club records from the Devon County Track and Field Championships, held at Exeter on May 24.

The club congratulated its coaches and offered a huge well done to the athletes for their record breaking and medal winning performances.

RESULTS: U13 girls: long jump, gold medal with 4.01m and new club record, Tayla James; U13 boys: high jump, bronze, Ben Pitts; long jump, bronze, Soteris Perdikeas, fifth Ben Pitts; shot, bronze, Edward Fileman; javelin, gold, Ollie Moody; 100m sprint, silver, Soteris Perdikeas, fourth; Ben Pitts; 200m sprint, gold, Soteris Perdikeas.

U15 girls: hammer, gold and new club record Lois Fileman; 800m silver and new club record, Jenny Milburn; 200m bronze, Holly Kinsey; 1,500m gold ,Natasha Farrington, silver Sarah Bull; 300m bronze, Jenny Milburn, fourth Holly Kinsey.
