ON Saturday at Okehampton Golf Club a four ball better ball Stableford competition was held.

Despite a chilly start it transformed into a beautiful day and the course looked so picturesque with all the wonderful autumn colours.

The winners by a close margin were Evan Rees and Paul Rattenbury with 38 points on the back nine after count back.

Second place was awarded to Jack Cornwall and Lewis Parry and Arnie Searle and Mark Wonnacott, were third, all with 38 points.
