TAVISTOCK Swimming Club's Chris Anderson represented the club at the Royal Navy Open Masters Meet held at Millfield, Somerset in March.
Chris won three gold and two bronze medals and was third overall in his age group, gaining two personal best times.
Chris has trained with Tavistock Swimming Club for some years, representing the club in a range of Masters events.
He puts his recent performance improvements down to training with other Masters swimmers in the newly formed Masters' section at the club.
The club is keen to get more Masters swimmers involved — definitely no previous competition experience necessary — so that a team can get together to represent Tavistock at the British Masters Championships due to be held at the Plymouth Life Centre on June 15 and 16.
The Masters train on Tuesday evenings at Meadowlands Pool at 8pm — why not come along and have a chat or give it a try?
