LAST Wednesday Okehampton Squash Club organised an open handicap squash competition within the OCRA Festival of Sport and Fitness where a good number of players took part.

There were some very high levels of squash played in extreme heat which resulted in some long and arduous games.

Chris Elphick was the overall winner managing to beat Dominic Middleton in the final and Dave Harwood overpowered Sue Stanbury in the final of the plate.

Those involved thanked OCRA for donating the trophies and arranging such a fabulous fortnight of sport.
