Oke Argyle U16s 3

ARGYLE U16s were in fine form taking two early goals. Harry had a good run clean through two Athletic defenders and passed to Charlie R to score the first.

Good play from Reuben passing the ball to a well placed Matt and on to Jack Symmonds allowed Charlie R to score again as it bounded off the cross bar. Several good saves from keeper  Jaden Read kept Argyle ahead. Alphington upped their game to score but a superb run from Sam Jones bypassing several Athletics gave the visitors a 3-1 lead. Athletic recovered in the second half and despite another good save from Oke keeper Jaden from a high bounce it could not stop Alphington finishing 4-3 ahead.
