A SMALL lottery grant will bring a lot of pleasure to Princetown's youngsters.
The Princetown and District Youth Club was given more than £900 from the Millennium Awards for All lottery grant recently.
Youth worker-in-charge Sara Brown said they had bought camping equipment with the money and would be organising a trip for a minibus full of the youngsters to Flambards next year.
The youth club is open every Tuesday evening between 7pm and 9.30pm during term-time at the sports pavilion next to the football pitch.
It offers various activities including computers, air hockey and pool. Young people from ten to 18 years are welcome, although people over 18 years would be welcome as helpers.
