YOUNGSTERS at Tavistock Rugby Club celebrated the end of the season with a barbecue and impromptu tug of war last Sunday, after presentation of trophies for players of the year.

The award winners were: Under 12s, most improved Michael Fowler, special award Charles Brereton, player of the year Dan Smith; Under 11s most improved Tom Campbell, player of the year Thomas Honey; Under 9s special award Patrick Warlow, player of the year Robynne Honey; Under 8s player of the year Mark Friend.
