You can vote by post for borough, town or parish

IT?S free, it?s easy and it?s just a phone call away ? make your mark on West Devon on Thursday May 1 by using a postal vote.

With just over three weeks to go before the borough and parish council elections, there is still time to apply to vote by post.

All you have to do is contact West Devon Borough Council?s Elections office for an application form on 01822 813600.

Postal votes will be sent out from Monday April 14 and can be posted back direct in a reply-paid envelope.

The deadline for Postal Vote applications is Wednesday April 23.

A total of 23 of 31 borough council seats are being contested at the election.

Ten parish and town council elections are being held. They are in Broadwoodkelly, Drewsteignton, Highampton, Lydford, Monkokehampton, Northlew, Okehampton East, Okehampton West, Peter Tavy and Tavistock (North Ward).
