ART was the flavour of the day when the Big Draw event took place in Bedford Square, Tavistock, recently.
It was part of the environmental art Workshop Under the Sky which saw youngsters trying their hand at art in a yurt on the square.
Workshop Under the Sky will also be at Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre on Saturday, October 25 with the Big Draw as part of an 'All the Fun of the Fair' event.
On Friday, October 31 it returns to Bedford Square, Tavistock, with 'The Big Jewel Draw' at which local artist Maggi Squire will explore the Tamar's hidden minerals and help create a giant Tamar Valley jewel. There will be colour and sparkle for all ages and geologists from Plymouth Museum will be on hand to identify your 'jewels'. The event runs from 10am to 4pm.
