Torridge U12s 1 Okehampton Argyle U12s 1 OKEHAMPTON players were kept under pressure for the whole game. Argyle?s goalkeeper Will Ingram regulary made excellent saves. Argyle?s defence remained strong and it was only just before half time that Torridge finally got a goal. The second half was not that different, there was a lot of pressure on the Argyle goalkeeper however Bradley Ausden finally got a chance to even the score, which started with a fantastic run down the pitch and ended with him slamming the ball into the net. Man of the match: Will Ingram. Holsworthy U12s 3 Okehampton Argyle U12s 4 ARGYLE?S first goal came from a throw in from Kyle Keneally. It wasn?t long before a shot by Will Searle bounced off the Holsworthy goal, rebounded and lobbed by Jake Ayris over the Holsworthy keeper?s head and into the net. Holsworthy were stung into action, and began to retaliate, and by half time the score was 2-2. Bradley Ausden and Jake Ayris pushed their way up to the Holsworthy end, and before long one more goal had been scored. Holsworthy broke away forcing a fantastic save by Will Ingram. Okehampton then scored again, making a two goal cushion. Holsworthy managed to score one more goal before the end of the game. Man of the Match: Will Searle.
