WHAT was the point of putting in dog poo bins around a beautiful spot on Dartmoor if the town council was not going to bother emptying the bins? They have been left to look unsightly and smelling repulsive, especially in the hot weather we have been having. What does this image do for the beauty of our town and surrounding areas — especially for the beauty of Whitchurch Down? It looks appalling. Louise Street Tavistock
