WOULD someone please enlighten me as to how Bedford Square is 'enhanced' by using it as an open-air car salesroom?

I'm sure if I parked my car on what is supposed to be a pedestrian area I would get moved on pretty smartly.

Having had my grumble may I congratulate whatever local government officer had the inspired idea of using an old open double-decker bus to make trimming the trees in Whitchurch Road an easier job?
