COULD I please take this opportunity to thank this year?s crowd at Sticklepath Fireshow for their wonderful reactions to the show?

It makes it all so much more worthwhile to see so many faces coming together in the village and enjoying themselves so thoroughly, and people taking the time to let us know how much they enjoyed it. It is very much appreciated by everyone who has worked so hard, once again, to bring this wonderful fireshow to life.

My other reason for writing is to let people know that if they would like a copy of the programme for a keepsake then I have the leftovers in my possession ? they simply need to send me a C5 SAE and I will post them out by

return.

We have had many, many comments about the music this year, particularly the tunes we used for the firework display. Your readers might like to know that the four tracks came from an album called ?Who Else?? by Jeff Beck, of the Yardbirds fame. I know a few people have added it to their Christmas list already!

The fireshow team would also like people to know that the Gift Aid boxes and forms are still out there in the community so it?s not too late to fill out your form and drop it back to us.
