FUN in the rain is the new agenda for children at Whitchurch Pre-school, thanks to their new wet weather gear, bought with funds raised by the pre-school parents.

The children now enjoy regular visits to the primary school woodland conservation area in all weathers, most recently making mud pies, stick people and forest creatures from clay, leaves, twigs and stones.

The pre-school also has a trained forest school practitioner on hand to help children's learning.
