Members of Tavistock Physically Challenged Group were delighted to

receive a cheque for £163 from Waitrose Okehampton's Community

Matters scheme. Angela Beards, chairman, said: 'We are extremely grateful

to Waitrose supporting us in this way. Our members, many of whom would

otherwise be completely housebound, really look forward to our regular

meetings and outings. We provide a lifeline of warm friendship, mutual support and above all, good humour.'
