THE youngest was two weeks old and the eldest had already celebrated his 93rd birthday. Jack Phillips and Katie Ann Logan were just two of the 150-strong party that celebrated at Broadwoodkelly Village Hall last Friday. The hall was packed out for the launch of the booklet and accompanying audio CD ?A Village Hall In Devon.? The day also saw the official opening of the village hall?s new extension which was marked with the cutting of a cake by the oldest resident of the village, Jack Phillips, accompanied by Nancy Davey.
