HISSING, spitting feral cats too wild to be offered as family pets have found a new outlet for their belligerence.
The Cats' Protection League in West Devon and East Cornwall is offering the animals to help farmers get rid of unwanted rats and mice, without the use of poisons.
New owners would be expected to make a donation to the charity and to provide food and shelter, in return for a socially-maladjusted cat to roam free in their farmyards hunting down the vermin.
Contact the Cats' Protection League on 01822 833780 or 01579 382794.
