ONE fire appliance from Okehampton and one from Chagford were called to reports of a road traffic collision, on the A30 eastbound near Whiddon Down on the evening of Tuesday, October 6.

Upon arrival crews confirmed a one vehicle road traffic collision on the highway.

All persons were free and clear of the vehicle prior to the arrival of fire service personnel.

Crews made the vehicle safe.
