LOCALLY-MADE ice-cream, sorbets and cheese are just some of the delights on offer at Okehampton Farmers' Market this Saturday, February 21.

Shoppers visiting the market will be able to taste samples of a variety of organic foods from the West Devon area.

They will also be in with a chance to win a hamper full of local goodies, courtesy of the Good Food Project, by taking part in a free quiz.

Tasty treats will include ice-cream from Rookbeare Farm which is made using fresh milk and cream from local Jersey cows and free range eggs.

The sorbets are made from Rookebeare Farm spring water and locally produced soft fruits.

Other delicacies include West Devon-reared meat and poultry, delicious dairy produce, fresh fruit and vegetables and all kinds of preserves.

The Good Food project, run by local charity WestDEN, aims to increase the amount of local produce being consumed in the region.
