TAVISTOCK Sir Francis Drake Bowling Club held its annual open mixed four bowling tournament on Sunday.
Twenty teams from clubs in Devon and Cornwall competed. The winning teams came from Veryan Bowling Club, second from Great Torrington Bowling Club, third from Tavistock Sir Francis Drake bowling club, skipped by Norman Paramor, and fourth from Saltash Bowling Club.
The event was organised by Mike Vine and members of the Tavistock SFD Bowling Club and the trophies and prize winning cheques were presented by Tavistock?s club captain, Brian Preece.
The tournament was sponsored by Westpoint Financial Consultants Ltd, Plymouth.
