ELIZABETH Rae, 15, has gained her Baden Powell Trefoil Award, the highest award for Guides.
It is only the third award to be given to 1st Bere Ferrers Guides — and one of the last to be awarded, as the format and badge changed from January 1 2001.
The certificate states that the award is given for reaching personal targets, showing commitment and responsibility, serving the community and communicating effectively.
Lizzie has worked as a Guide Messenger at the Devon County Show, taken part in canoeing, riding, abseiling, skating and camping and has raised money for Children in Need and other charities.
Before this award she had collected badges as Emergency Helper, Firefighter, First Aider, Cook, Advanced Camper, Map Reader and Craft Worker.
