OVER the last couple of weekends numerous residents of Okehampton have had their lives violently interrupted by the indiscriminate and inappropriate use of fireworks.
I wonder if those who now seem to persist in the indiscriminate and inappropriate use of fireworks in the name of ?fun? have any idea of the pain and anguish they inflict upon others.
I suspect not. For that reason has not the time come whereby the indiscriminate and inappropriate use of fireworks become illegal?
My 90-year-old mum certainly thinks so.
And so too does my dog.
