CHANGEABLE weather did not hamper the fun at Bridestowe Ram Roast on Saturday.

Villagers turned out for top attractions including a a display by Westcountry Falconry, with static and flying displays of birds of prey, and a Viking display by Hildsvin Dark Age Society.

Other fun included egg throwing, children's races, live music, a tug of war and a crockery smash.

The team from Bridestowe and Sourton Futures, putting together a parish plan for the two villages, were present to talk to people about their plan.

All proceeds raised from the ram roast will go to Bridestowe Village Hall.
