MORE than £700 was raised for CLIC Sargent at Germansweek's annual bazaar last Saturday.

This was the 47th year the village has held the bazaar, and again saw numerous stalls, a raffle and cream teas for everyone who attended.

Organiser Jean Smithers said: 'For one of the smallest villages in the country we managed to raised a great sum.

'I would like to give my thanks to all who contributed in anyway to the event.'
