ON Saturday at Okehampton Golf Club a three ball competition was held with two scores to count on each hole. The winners of division one were the trio of Paul Skidmore, Richard Reid and John Whitehouse with 81 points on the back three from Chris Hurley, Martin Cox and Kevin Pedrick in second. Third were Kevin Cornwall, Malcolm Hill and Barry Coaker with 79. Winners of division two were Rob Camies, Steve Cook and John Donovan with 78 pts on the back nine from John Haley, Paul Douglas and Richard Goodger who were second. Third were Dave Lawson, Steve Penna and Ray Grey with 77. The well attended annual presentation of prizes took place at Okehampton Golf Club last Sunday, this followed the entertaining Captain's 'drive-in' which saw the captain Mike Charlesworth, the lady captain Lynn Hazelton and the junior captain Will Searle all have sucessful drives off the first tee.
