IT'S BEEN a great year for speakers, visits and other events during 2012 for Callington New Outlook group and members hope that the next year will be as good. 

The group starts the year on January 8 with a members' morning of general chat. Over the following weeks there will be talks by a chiropractor and a member of ShelterBox. Members will also find out how the Tamar Bridge is run. 

The skittles morning is planned for March 5 when brave attempts will be made to win the trophy — a much coveted prize! 

There are a number of interesting speakers going to Callington Cricket Club on Tuesday mornings and if anyone would like to join members, they can go along at 10am — they will be very welcome.
