PUPILS from Okehampton Primary School enjoyed getting their hands dirty when they spent a day working with the Growing Our Future team on their project, Food Cycle.
The team worked together on art workshops, learning about sourcing local food and in a garden workshop, where they built a composter.
Shown taking a pause from their gardening labours are pupils Tristan Shaw and Rebecca Quick.
The project is part of a series of workshops the Growing Our Future team are holding in all 11 of the feeder primary schools for the town's college.
