The mayor of Okehampton, Cllr David Weekes has expressed thanks to all those who helped raise money for his chosen charities, when he held a coffee morning earlier this month. The coffee morning raised £139, which will go towards Age Concern Okehampton and Torridge and Dartmoor Railway. The next coffee morning will be held on Saturday, August 29 from 9.30am to 1pm at the Charter Hall, Okehampton.
