WEST Devon Homes' tenant panel visited The Cinnamon Trust at Hillside in Lewdown recently to present its annual donation of £500 to the charity. The Cinnamon Trust is a national charity that takes care of dogs and cats for the elderly and terminally ill. The dogs and cats are free to roam around in well furnished rooms equipped with TVs and comfy blankets, to give them a 'home from home' experience. Tenant Panel members were given a guided tour of the centre at Hillside and saw the wonderful work being carried out at the trust. The panel enjoyed seeing all the dogs and cats being looked after superbly. This annual donation is one of the many activities of West Devon Homes' tenant panel, who work on behalf of West Devon Homes' tenants and their communities. Tenant and resident associations have representatives on the tenant panel and provide a voice for tenants and other neighbourhood residents.
