THE Friends of All Saints Parish Church provided cream teas and the offer of a bracing swim on Sunday, September 4. Around 70 people of all ages attended Beggars Roost, Upcott Hill by permission of Mrs Iris Lee as the event yet again proved popular. Young and old alike enjoyed the stunning views over Okehampton towards Yes Tor. The sum of £400 was raised. The friends expressed thanks to all who helped with the teas.
