TAVISTOCK Rugby Football Club are mourning the death this week of loyal club servant Jeff Lawson.
Jeff, who died after a long battle with cancer, was active with the club as a player, coach and was recently elected the club president.
Bob Boreham, TRFC chairman, said he was saddened by his friend’s death: 'Jeff you will be missed by so many. A great friend, entertainer, organiser and doer. Truly the heart of Tavistock Rugby Club.'
