THE yuletide food fair at the National Trust?s Cotehele House is just days away ? on November 20 and 21.

More than 20 food and drink producers from all over Cornwall and the West Country will display and sell their wares at the Winter Food Fair, organised by Cornwall Taste of the West.

Stalls will be set up in a marquee and the Barn Restaurant, which will also be serving refreshments of locally-produced food and drink. Last year the event attracted almost 3,000 visitors.

Manager of Cornwall Taste of the West Angie Coombs said the fun event was guaranteed to get people in the Christmas mood, with the range of products meaning there was something for everyone, whether they were looking for gift or hamper ideas or planning some special entertaining.

Products will include chocolates and fudge, pies, puddings, cakes, cheeses, meats and preserves, apple juice, wine and brandy.

The food fair runs from 10am to 4pm both days with free admission to both the fair and Cotehele gardens.
