PEOPLE with Parkinson’s and their carers are invited to an information and relaxation day being held on Saturday.

There will be discussion groups so visitors can hear how others cope with anxieties, concerns and the frustrations this conditions brings or participants can just relax and enjoy the company of others in the same situation with a cup of tea.

The day has been organised by Plymouth and East Caradon Younger Person’s Support and will take place on Saturday, April 16 at Callington Town Hall from 9.30am until 1pm.
