Vanguard U12 Tavistock Town U12s 6 Second Battery Kolts U12s 3 THIS victory gave Tavistock the league title with six games left, but they were made to work hard for it against a determined Kolts. Tavistock opened the scoring from a well taken goal from Sam Turner, but soon found themselves behind as Kolts scored two breakaway goals. Tavistock came out more determined in the second half and got back on level terms with another goal from Turner. Tavistock were well on top by know, playing lovely passing football and two excellent strikes from Peter Page put them 4-2 up. Kolts pulled one back to make it 4-3 but two good headers, one by Ryan Northam and one by Sam Turner, made the final score 6-3 to Tavistock. Man of the match: Peter Page.
