The air will be filled with the sound of singing this weekend, as St Eustachius' Parish Church holds an Advent carol service on Sunday November 29.

Familiar carols will be sung by choir and congregation and will be interspersed with traditional readings.

Music by local composer Jaemus Downing will be played by Dr Sean Sweeney, director of music and church organist.

The service will start at 6pm and will be followed by mulled wine and mince-pies provided by the Friends of Eustachius.
