ROBEY Trust is steaming up its engines in anticipation for its main event of the year, the Tavistock Steam Fair, taking place next week.

The trust will have a number of steam engine vehicles on display and in action at the Wharf and Bedford car park in Tavistock on Sunday (June 6), including steam rollers, steam lorries, vintage and classic cars and motorbikes, as well as a steam engine trailer ride around Tavistock.

Visitors will be able to enjoy working model displays, mini steam train rides, a variety of trade stalls and the Tavistock Tractor Trail.

The fair will run from 10am to 5pm. Admission for adults is £3.50 and under 16s are free if accompanied by an adult, and £3.50 if not.
