A GRANT from the Devon Community Foundation has made it possible for Stannary Youth Brass Band to hire out Tavistock Town Hall for their first ever concert. Special guests at the concert on Saturday May 6 at 7.30pm, will be the men?s barbershop chorus, The Kingsmen, harmony singers from Kingsbridge. Proceeds from the concert and the raffle will go towards the Teenage Cancer Trust, an organisation aiming to set up specialist units for cancer sufferers in their teenage years.
