THE Chagford branch of Cancer Research UK will hold its annual street market in Chagford Square on Saturday, August 4.

From 9am to noon, visitors will be able to buy cakes, plants, nearly new clothes, books, bric-a-brac and lots more. You can try your luck on the tombola, or buy tickets to win prizes in the grand draw.

Coffees will be available in Endecott House and from 11.30 there will be a hogroast served in the square.

In the afternoon from 2.30pm, the branch is holding a jumble sale in the Jubilee Hall. All are welcome to both events to support Cancer Research UK, the nation's leading cancer charity.
