THERE?s an opportunity to have a great night out and perhaps even meet Mrs or Mr Right at a special event being held near Okehampton this month. A Mix and Match Dating Night, which will run along ?speed dating? lines, is being held in Meldon Village Hall on Friday May 26. Organiser Dawn Pitts said the evening will have two sections, between 7pm and 7.30pm for 45 to 65 year olds, and between 8pm and 8.30pm for 25 to 44 year olds. ?There will be time for everyone to mingle afterwards,? said Dawn. ?If it proves a success we will consider running it on a regular basis.? Tickets for the dating night cost £10, with all proceeds being donated to Cancer Research.
