Speedwells v FBI
FBI looked strong from the start and Speedwells struggled to find their form, although the shooters from both teams were scoring well.
In the second quarter Speedwells started to pull away slightly with the defence playing well to stop the FBI shooters.
FBI decreased the lead slightly, but the experience of Speedwells kept them going and the final score was Speedwells 39, FBI 28. The GD from both teams was given player of the match, both ladies having excellent games. Speedwells – Anne Donnelly, FBI – Ali Sizmur.
