PUPILS and staff at Whitchurch Primary School will soon be bidding a fond farewell to Sue Whiteman, their deputy head of 17 years.
Mrs Whiteman is taking up a new position as head at Ugborough School.
The school is planning a special assembly and high tea next Wednesday (July 23) so that parents and past pupils can say goodbye.
