A WOMAN who represents South West England in the European Parliament is to address a public meeting in Tavistock next Thursday (October 19) on the ?Future of Europe?. Dr Caroline Jackson is well known for her interest in environmental questions, and from 1999 to 2004 she was chair of the committee on the environment, consumer protection and public health.
