MEMBERS of GLAD (Gunnislake Amateur Dramatics) dressed up and joined others at Gunnislake Train Station last week to hop on the train to Plymouth and sing songs as part of the Rags to Riches project. Once on board the train, the GLAD members tuned up their voices before being joined by Bere Alston Primary School pupils. They entertained passengers with songs such as 'Cornish Lads', 'Cousin Jack', 'Bound for South Australia' and 'Shosholoza'. See page 9 for more information about the Rags to Riches project.
