VISITING singers — formerly members of the Abbots Langley Gilbert and Sullivan Society at Watford — return to West Devon for their fifth annual concert later this month.
The singers, who will perform at both Hatherleigh and Okehampton, will have a varied programme with favourites from musicals Carousel, West Side Story and South Pacific together with some Gilbert and Sullivan items.
The singers will be joined by Roger Cleverdon from Westminster Abbey and Brian Abell from Hatherleigh. Providing accompaniment will be Christine Cleverdon and Okehampton's own John Holland.
The concerts are at Hatherleigh on Wednesday, August 29, and at Fairplace Church, Okehampton, on Friday August 31.
Tickets £4, concessions £3, will be available on the door. Both performances start at 7.30pm.
