TAVISTOCK Livestock Centre will be holding a sheep electronic identification afternoon, following recent rule changes about sheep tagging.

Representatives from the Dartmoor Hill Farm Project, Trading Standards, Dalton Tags, Cornwall Farmers, Tag-ie readers, the Rural Development Programme for England and other organisations will be on hand to answer any tagging or legislation questions sheep farmers may have.

The sheep electronic identification afternoon will take place on Tuesday March 16, at the cattle market, from 2pm to 4pm. Entry is free.
