FOR advice on the many children's services offered in the Okehampton area, visit the Parent/Carer Road Show today (Thursday) from 1pm to 3pm.

Anyone who has questions on benefits, health, transport, housing, childminding and other services is invited to the show at the parish church hall, to talk to people who can offer information and advice.

This event has been organised by the Mini Me Young Parents Group, for all parents in the area.

Already booked to attend are representatives from Citizens' Advice Bureau, Job Centre Plus, midwives, a childminder support worker, Devon Early Years and Childcare, West Devon Housing, Devon County Council's transport department and Family Learning.

Free refreshments will be provided.
